Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. In-stock items qualify for a full refund, while made-to-order and resized items receive store credit. Customized or engraved items are final sale. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Sale items are typically final sale, and shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error. We reserve the right to deny returns that don't meet our policy requirements. Please contact our customer service team with any questions.
Warranty
Josephine Collection provides a complimentary lifetime warranty on all pieces purchased through our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures the quality of our jewelry for years to come. This warranty covers any quality issues arising from manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds, loose prongs, or missing pavé stones. However, it does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also excluded from coverage. For these types of damages , we offer repair services at factory-direct pricing.
Resizing & Repairs
We offer complimentary resizing for all in-stock rings. The resizing process typically takes 2-3 weeks. Please note that not all rings can be resized, and most rings can only be adjusted by 1-1.5 sizes up or down from their original size.
